PipeMail is designed to make archiving email conversations super simple.
Step-by-step
- Create a mailbox per email user
Each member in your team gets a unique PipeMail mailbox – a ‘receive only’ email address.
- BCC PipeMail
To archive an email message, a team member BCCs or forwards email to their PipeMail mailbox email address.
- The message is archived
PipeMail uses the sending and recipient email addresses to look up users and contacts on the CRM. If there’s a match for both, then the message is archived as a note on the contact and automatically linked to the CRM user.
- Attachments
Any email attachments are uploaded to separate cloud storage, and accessible via download links in the note created at the CRM contact.
